A warning from the Capital Markets Regulatory Authority about companies that claim to sell and market shares and sukuk and manage portfolios in securities
The Capital Markets Regulatory Authority calls upon all investors in Sudan to exercise caution and caution when investing in companies and business names that are marketed for investment in securities, such as shares, investment funds and investment portfolios, which claim to offer shares and distribute profits on them without obtaining the required licenses and approvals from the Capital Markets Regulatory Authority. Thus, it violates Articles 19 and 29 of the Capital Markets Regulatory Authority Law of 2016.
The Authority warns all savers and investors against dealing with suspicious companies, business names and websites whose business may involve unlicensed activities in the sale and marketing of shares and sukuk and management of investment portfolios in securities, which, through their advertisements on the Internet and social media, promote investment opportunities and promises. By achieving financial gains and getting rich quickly, which may expose many of its dealers and investors to fraud.
We are in the authority to regulate the capital markets, as we issue this warning in order to prevent the risk of investing, contributing, dealing or trading in any amounts in any of the activities and business of securities with any person, persons, institutions, companies, business names or any websites ( Including social media), without ensuring that they have obtained the necessary licenses or approvals from the Capital Markets Regulatory Authority to engage in these activities.
